The standard area of the house is 396 square meters (18M X 22M), of which 60% is the building and 40% is the garden. The building consists of 2 floors. Each floor, divided into two apartments. Each apartment approximately 120 square meters. The apartment contains 2 or 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. When purchasing you get a complete house to live in (either you buy one apartment or the whole house (4aprtments)).
